The Sponsorship & Community Impact Manager (Senior Associate) is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of Chase UK’s sponsorship activity—currently the Home Nations Football partnership—and its linked community impact programme, the Chase Football Coaching Programme (with scope to support additional partnerships and programmes in future). The role partners closely with rights holders, agencies, and internal teams across Sponsorships, Campaigns, Communications, and Social to maximise the value and impact of sponsorship assets, ensuring all activity is delivered on time, on brand, and in line with governance, brand safety, and compliance standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the central sponsorships team to deliver the central sponsorships strategy for UK-led initiatives into local activation calendars, asset plans, and delivery timelines, supporting on-the-ground execution.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with rights-holders and partnership agencies, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery of agreed sponsorship outputs.
- Own rights management, including approvals, content usage permissions/timelines, co-branded deliverables, and talent usage in line with partner agreements and brand guidelines.
- Plan and deliver end-to-end partnership events and experiences (e.g., hospitality events, partner days, prize draws), owning timelines, vendor coordination, runbooks, and on-site execution.
- Manage partner benefit packages compliantly (e.g., ticket inventory and allocation, accreditation, hospitality, merchandise).
- Lead delivery of the Chase Football Coaching Programme, working with partners and agencies to ensure effective programme execution and delivery against objectives.
- Develop programme marketing materials to increase awareness and participation of the Coaching Programme, partnering with internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to integrate sponsorship and community impact initiatives into wider marketing and communications plans.
- Own reporting and measurement across UK sponsorship activations and community impact programme.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in sponsorship/partnership activation, brand marketing, communications/PR, or integrated campaigns.
- Working knowledge of sponsorship management and activations, including rights, assets, approvals, and partner delivery, preferably within sports.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating external agencies and managing cross‑functional internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and budgets concurrently.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills; comfortable presenting plans, status, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with an understanding of relevant legislations and working within a regulated environment to ensure activity is compliant.

- Experience supporting and/or delivering community impact or social purpose programmes.
- Experience working within a regulated sector or matrixed environment with central guidelines and local execution.
