As a Software Engineer – Fullstack Developer at JPMorgan Chase in the Global Technology division, you will play a key role in designing and delivering strategic enhancements to our technology platforms. You will work within an agile team, focusing on secure, stable, and scalable solutions. Job Responsibilities:- Spearhead the delivery of greenfield initiatives to transform storage and access of loan-related legal documentation using AI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Trading, QR, Operations, and other teams globally to deliver exceptional loan management platforms.
- Contribute to re-engineering and re-architecting existing platforms for enhanced performance, availability, stability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Identify and implement solutions for recurring issues to improve operational stability of software applications and systems.
- Lead design and architecture discussions to leverage new and emerging technologies for complex business challenges.
- Provide leadership, support, and clear direction to team members globally to enhance team performance.
- Demonstrate formal training or certification in Python and React concepts with advanced proficiency.
- Deliver high-quality, timely solutions for business needs.
- Apply hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Develop, debug, and maintain code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages.
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
