As a Compensation Specialist, you'll support our compensation strategy and contribute to key projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You'll engage in a variety of activities, including advising on employee compensation, assisting with annual planning, and analyzing market data.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and administrative tasks for our annual compensation processes, collaborating with various business lines and HR and Finance teams.
- Provide support for compensation activities, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers, and budget planning.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze data to meet our needs.
- Support projects related to compensation, including policy reviews and system updates.
- Become proficient in our compensation reporting tools and help deliver accurate reports and insights.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance our compensation programs and ensure alignment with our business strategy.
- Contribute to the EMEA Compensation Agenda, including region-specific activities.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Some experience in HR/Compensation or Finance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good data management skills and a basic understanding of large organizational structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, IF statements, XLOOKUPs).
- Attention to detail and ability to convey insights through data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative approach to HR/Compensation strategies.
