As a Sales advanced degree (MBA, MS Finance) and/or relevant certifications are a plus Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience originating, structuring, and executing commodity-linked financing transactions, example title-based financing, refinery intermediation, and/or commodity prepays Experience across adjacent structures: borrowing base / inventory finance, structured trade receivables, tolling or offtake-related financings, working capital solutions tied to commodity flows, and/or hybrid secured/unsecured structures Existing market relationships that can accelerate origination (clients, traders, logistics providers, industry advisors, or legal counterparts). Deep understanding of the practical mechanics of commodity movement and title transfer in those markets Additional spoken and written language abilities This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
