As a Project Management Office Lead at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator Program, you are central to this venture, focused on transforming innovative ideas into tangible customer solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage organizational project and governance processes across all teams.
- Own and operate project management processes, ensuring delivery discipline.
- Develop and maintain the program roadmap, ensuring consistency and clear governance.
- Manage program reporting, risks, and blockers resolution.
- Communicate with senior stakeholders across product, technology, operations, and compliance to align delivery efforts.
- Facilitate organizational ceremonies such as planning sessions, demos, and knowledge-sharing meetings.
- Coordinate business updates, set agendas, collate materials, and track action items.
- Act as a trusted advisor to product, technology, and domain leads to maximize business and customer value.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven experience in technology project and program management, with a track record of delivering digital products in complex environments.
- Hands-on software development experience, familiarity with SDLC, and understanding of technology architecture.
- Experience in building and leading effective teams.
- Practiced in agile and lean methodologies, able to adapt frameworks to project needs.
- Ability to navigate organizational governance efficiently.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of synthesizing complex data.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Suite (GitHub, Office, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Experience in financial or fintech organizations is advantageous.
