As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Cards Platform team, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers.

You thrive in working on high-impact projects that require clear communication and expectation setting across cross-functional teams, and working hands‑on with customers on requirement development, technology implementation, and go‑live activities.

Job responsibilities: Be the voice of customers in your product and API designs, and play an active role in designing a product development process that engages customer point‑of‑view and insights frequently Own key customer journeys, with deep understanding for their jobs‑to‑done and pain points from sales engagement, integrations, all the way to business‑as‑usual post‑launch operations Represent the product internally and work closely with peer teams to identify dependencies and align execution, ensuring any shared customers are shielded from unnecessary coordination complexity Gather and write product requirements through collaborative stakeholder partnerships (engineering, design
