As a Product Director in Market Data Services, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
You will lead the strategic direction and management of our market data products, driving innovation and ensuring competitive positioning. You will oversee the delivery of key products across our group; these products could include Real Time Data, Contributed Data, Entitlements, Digital Rights Management, and Risk & Control. Your role will involve collaborating with Clients, Business Analysts, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and support the growth of our market data services portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and executes a comprehensive product strategy for market data services, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in market data, providing insights on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Leads the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring products meet customer needs and quality standards.
- Manages Product Owners and coaches them on Product Organization structure and agile methodology.
- Engages with key clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure our market data services exceed expectations.
- Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous enhancement.
- Identifies opportunities for innovation and process improvements within market data services.
- Assists with quarterly planning and budgeting, setting financial targets for the product.
