You’ll join a global design team focused on creating intuitive, high-quality products that help advisors navigate complex client journeys with confidence. You’ll work end-to-end - from discovery through delivery - partnering closely with product and technology to turn complexity into clarity. As a Product Designer in the Private Bank Digital Experience Design team, you will help redefine how advisors interact with digital products and services. You will translate sophisticated financial workflows into clear, elegant experiences that help advisors manage information, support client relationships, and deliver outcomes efficiently. You will collaborate across product, technology, and design to deliver work that is accessible, inclusive, and high quality. You’ll also contribute to evolving our patterns and design system to support consistency and scale.

Job responsibilities:

  • Execute user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for advisor-facing digital products, simplifying complex workflows into intuitive solutions.
  • Create high-quality design deliverables (flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications) with strong attention to craft and detail.
  • Apply established design systems and contribute to design system improvements to strengthen consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to align design outcomes with user needs and business goals.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to senior stakeholders and leaders.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices across experiences and touchpoints.
  • Incorporate emerging technologies and industry trends (including artificial intelligence) to keep experiences modern and effective.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights to continuously improve outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Portfolio included in your resume (include password if access is restricted).
  • Experience designing in financial services or another regulated, data-dense industry.
  • Experience designing for complex, authenticated digital environments (for example, secure portals, dashboards, or login-protected experiences).
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience planning and conducting usability testing and translating insights into design improvements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience designing tools for advisors, relationship managers, or other enterprise users.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) workflows and/or data-rich interfaces.
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system (patterns, components, and guidelines).
  • Experience partnering with multiple product teams simultaneously in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience presenting design work to senior leaders and facilitating decision-making conversations.
