- Design and deliver engaging, user‑centred experiences for B2B applications used by our institutional banking clients
- Help grow and foster a high‑performance design team by being accountable for overseeing the implementation of the standards across product suites, and be a champion for Design
- Operate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback and insights to continuously improve the overall user experience of our offerings
- Actively participate in design strategy and product definition, roadmap planning in a multidisciplinary environment with product, design and tech partners
