As a Business Associate on the Payment Rails Product Development team, you are responsible for aiding in the analysis and enhancement of payment processes within the Payments organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a vital role in shaping the future of our strategic payments platforms and ensuring ongoing success. The Business Associate will assist in analysing, designing, and implementing payment solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payment processes. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams, to gather requirements, analyse data, and support the development and implementation of payment systems.
- Identifies and documents business requirements through interactions with stakeholders, including interviews, and workshops.
- Analyses business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Documenting requirements, specifications, and business processes in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs. This may involve creating use cases, process models, and functional specifications.
- Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions.
- Assists project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. This may include tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring project deliverables meet business requirements.
- Participates in the testing process to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. This may involve creating test plans, conducting tests, and validating results.

- Experience in product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
