As a Finance & Business Manager in CIB Payments and Global Banking CDAO you partner with the CDAO. You will collaborate closely with senior product managers to build multi-year business cases, align with strategy, and deliver executive-ready insights that inform technology and AI investments. Your work enables disciplined financial management, resource optimization, and transparent program governance across an evolving, global organization. You will also be responsible as the key point of contact for the CDAO.
- Deliver executive-level presentations on strategy, budget, investment decisions, and project delivery.
- Ensure operating rhythms are in place and executed effectively.
- Drive large-scale productivity agendas; identify and execute cost‑saving opportunities.
- Organize reporting and materials for business review sessions.
- Provide oversight of the team's strategic agenda, including 6‑quarter planning and prioritization.
- Produce management information reports on expenses, delivery milestones, and governance outcomes.
- Track and communicate the status, risks, and achievements of the technology group to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Payments, Banking and Finance to improve processes and deliver scalable business solutions.
Experience in business management with a strong financial management background in product or technology‑led environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to organize and present content clearly to senior audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills and executive communication, including building professional, visually compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize insights across sources.
