  • Coordinate and advise cross-functionally with Front Office, Legal, Audit, Compliance, Communications, and other stakeholders to align on risk positions and messaging.
  • Monitor and interpret global N&S-related regulations and standards; advise on impacts, implementation considerations, and readiness across lines of business.
  • Support preparation of external disclosures and internal governance materials related to N&S risk, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment to firm frameworks.
  • Lead internal initiatives on N&S risk documentation, thematic reviews, and emerging topics; identify process improvements and strengthen governance.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements of N&S risk management policies, standards, procedures, and controls, including lessons learned and best practices.
  • Lead strategic research and horizon scanning on nature and social issues impacting clients and sectors (e. g., human rights, biodiversity, supply chain and labor issues), translating insights into actionable risk guidance for multiple lines of business.
  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills; ability to translate technical topics into practical guidance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment.
