Front Office Recruiter (Associate)
As a Front Office Recruiter (Associate) supporting an industry leading Markets business, you will lead end-to-end hiring activity across a range of front‑office business areas.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify, attract and engage highly sought‑after talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Working in a collaborative, relationship‑driven environment, you will provide market insight, talent intelligence and recruitment expertise that helps teams achieve their hiring objectives and supports long‑term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage best‑in‑class talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and market mapping activities.
- Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment across front‑office business areas, from role briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring objectives and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver market intelligence, competitor insights and talent landscape updates to support hiring decisions.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and a positive experience.
- Support offer management and compensation discussions in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and maximise the use of recruitment systems and reporting tools.
- Adhere to risk, control and data privacy requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in directly sourcing and engaging currently employed candidates through direct recruitment techniques.
- Experience delivering full‑life‑cycle recruitment within Markets, Investment Banking or other front‑office business areas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- Experience building talent pipelines and conducting market mapping for specialist positions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders across a range of seniority levels.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to support complex compensation and offer discussions with candidates.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate engagement and talent acquisition best practices.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience gained within an executive search, recruitment consultancy or in‑house talent acquisition environment.
- Knowledge of front‑office talent markets and competitor landscapes.
- Experience delivering market intelligence and talent insights to business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting senior lateral hiring initiatives and confidential searches.
- Familiarity with talent community development and candidate relationship management strategies.
