In this role, you will work with colleagues and partners across the region to enhance wellness programmes, improve employee experiences, and drive positive outcomes.
As a Wellness Specialist in the Employee Wellness Team, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of wellness programmes across the UK and EMEA.
You will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to implement engaging wellbeing initiatives, coordinate wellness activities, and enhance the employee experience.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to programmes that support employee health, wellbeing, and workplace engagement.
- Job Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with wellness vendors and monitor service delivery against agreed performance measures.
- Coordinate the Wellness Champion programme, including onboarding, engagement activities, communications, and programme development.
- Maintain wellness content across internal communication channels and implement improvements based on feedback and engagement data.
- Support the delivery of wellness operations, including vaccination clinics, health checks, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Coordinate wellness campaigns and events, including planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and post-event evaluation.
- Partner with HR stakeholders across EMEA to support local wellness initiatives and share best practices.
- Support wellbeing-related incidents through coordination, communications, and appropriate vendor escalation.
- Produce programme reporting and insights to evaluate participation, engagement, and emerging wellbeing trends.
- Respond to employee enquiries and direct individuals to appropriate wellness resources and support channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote awareness and participation in wellness initiatives.
- Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating projects, events, or programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging employee-facing content.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyse information and produce clear reports and insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power Point, and Word.

- Experience supporting and communicating workplace wellbeing, employee experience, benefits, or related programmes.
- Familiarity with case management platforms such as Service Now.
