As a Program Manager within the Planning and Reporting team in the International Consumer Bank at JPMorgan Chase, you will be a part of a flat-structure organization. Our Planning & Reporting team sits at the heart of the Chase strategic initiatives delivery, integrating mission critical services across 4 pillars:

  • Providing and maintaining a comprehensive program delivery framework.
  • Developing advanced metrics to surface opportunities that support lean and efficient initiatives launch at scale.
  • Implementing advanced and enriched delivery reporting including bespoke dashboards, harnessing various techniques and AI.
  • Owning the overarching Product and Program Manager Experience for delivery, with a suite of tools and capabilities.

The team engages with stakeholders across the organisation, ranging from Product, Program managers, Engineering, QA, Finance, Ops etc. It is also a key partner of ICB senior leadership, participating in steering meetings providing details of metrics and the overarching view of the ICB delivery roadmap.

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the maintenance of the ICB delivery roadmap through a robust change governance.
  • Lead the integration, maintenance and visualisation of a comprehensive suite of metrics for the Product Delivery Lifecycle across a wide range of ICB Programs.
  • Support the ICB Program Increment (PI) planning, engaging with all participating workstreams in ensuring their adherence to PI standards, as well as evolving a set of rich templates on Confluence and other suites/technologies, for capturing planned work.
  • Provide executive level comms to senior leadership on delivery performance and the ICB program delivery roadmap updates.
  • Engagement with stakeholders across seniority, ranging from Product/Program managers, Engineering, QA, Finance, Ops etc. to gather requirements for tracking their delivery workstream needs, as well as integrating their feedback and suggestions to improve existing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Design and implement bespoke reports/dashboards for ICB programs and initiatives on JIRA/Confluence and other suites/technologies, in an incremental, iterative fashion.
  • Maintain and evolve the JIRA portfolio hierarchy used by the entire organisation in program/initiatives delivery and develop hygiene reports that support adherence to it.
  • Lead spikes to integrate innovative and industry leading solutions for Program delivery, harnessing advanced capabilities including JIRA/Confluence, Business Intelligence, AI/LLM, and integration with industry leading Program / Portfolio Management tools.
  • As part of the Planning & Reporting team, engage in all Agile ceremonies and help shape our area's vision including setting PI/annual priorities and OKRs.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in any of Program / Project / Delivery Management / Program Office role.
  • Proven track record in using metrics to measure delivery efficiency and performance and ability to surface opportunities for improvements, while ensuring handling sensitivities around interpretation of the data presented to stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management governance in delivery plans and roadmaps.
  • Advanced JIRA/JQL/Confluence expertise with a proven track record in building bespoke and complex reports / dashboards using combination of native macros and Atlassian marketplace plugins.
  • Hands on technical skillsets in technologies like SQL, CSS, HTML5.
  • Experience with any of Tableau, Looker or other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience in standardisation of program delivery including designing work items hierarchy (ideally in JIRA).
  • Experience in applying bespoke techniques for monitoring delivery hygiene.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across seniority using crisp and concise messaging.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • AI/LLM solutions for Program/Project/Delivery Management.
  • Python or Java expertise.
  • Building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in Program/Portfolio Management suites, like Monday.com, JIRA align etc.
  • Experience in Scriptrunner.
