As a Software Engineer – Fullstack Developer at JPMorgan Chase in the Global Technology division, you will play a key role in designing and delivering strategic enhancements to our technology platforms. You will work within an agile team, focusing on secure, stable, and scalable solutions. Your leadership will help drive the transformation of loan management systems and uplift user analysis capabilities through AI. Job Responsibilities:- Spearhead the delivery of greenfield initiatives to transform storage and access of loan-related legal documentation using AI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Trading, QR, Operations, and other teams globally to deliver exceptional loan management platforms.
- Contribute to re-engineering and re-architecting existing platforms for enhanced performance, availability, stability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Identify and implement solutions for recurring issues to improve operational stability of software applications and systems.
- Lead design and architecture discussions to leverage new and emerging technologies for complex business challenges.
- Provide leadership, support, and clear direction to team members globally to enhance team performance.
- Demonstrate formal training or certification in Python and React concepts with advanced proficiency.
- Deliver high-quality, timely solutions for business needs.
- Apply hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Develop, debug, and maintain code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages.
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Possess formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with advanced proficiency.
