As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be a part of a flat-structure organisation. Your responsibilities will include accountability for building products and features that can be adapted to meet local market needs of customer needs, while remaining unmistakably a Chase product. Your peerless management skills will enable you to get the products & features into production that meet the firm’s uncompromising standards on controls and risk while balancing the priorities of multiple markets.

Job responsibilities

  • Use customer insights, market data, and partner input (e.g., Risk, Compliance) to help define and shape deposit product features and solutions across multiple markets.
  • Grow into a subject matter expert by evaluating and documenting requirements, scoping technical solutions, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals and milestones to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and partners to break down features, write clear acceptance criteria, support roadmap delivery, and champion improvements in product development.
  • Monitor product performance by tracking and analyzing key metrics and KPIs for deposit products across markets, contributing to data collection, reporting, and identifying opportunities for improvement as adoption scales.
  • Define and manage a highly organised roadmap and supporting backlog to ensure your team is delivering products that will most positively impact customers and the business.
  • Oversee product development, testing, and release management, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Actively drive agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and retrospectives, to drive transparency, accountability and continuous learning.
  • Pursue continuous self-driven learning across areas such as European market norms, new platform implications, and cross-product opportunities.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments and adapt quickly to changes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experienced product manager with a 4+ years history of building and operating products in a retail bank or Fintech.
  • Proven end-to-end problem-solving skills with the ability to solve large, complex business problems, obtain consensus, and enhance organisational transformation.
  • Experience of working with software engineers - happy to roll sleeves up in order to test and evaluate functionality alongside them.
  • Strong communicator who values clear documentation, pays attention to detail and demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Be a strategic thinker who demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills to manage partnerships across all levels of the organisation including globally dispersed teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
