As a Senior Product Associate in the Core Employee Data Applications team, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative products that address regulatory requirements and compliance needs. You will own the product lifecycle from strategy through execution, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure solutions are robust, user‑centric, and aligned with evolving regulatory standards. Your work will drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency, supporting the organization’s evolving needs and risk reduction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product vision and strategy for regulatory data management and compliance, aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing regulatory deadlines, business value, and user experience.

  • Prepare and deliver clear updates, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
