As a Project Manager within Regulatory Reporting Operations, you'll play a key role in driving strategic change and streamlining complex processes. Your expertise and initiative will help shape the future of our regulatory reporting operations, giving you the opportunity to influence how we deliver results and set new standards for excellence.
Job responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of major regulatory projects, impacting thousands of reports and collaborate with internal and external partners to understand and implement regulatory changes.
- Contribute to setting and communicating a clear vision for regulatory reporting improvements and assist in building and managing roadmaps to deliver key enhancements on time.
- Serve as a key contact for teams and stakeholders, helping ensure alignment. Build strong relationships and balance diverse needs.
- Work with our Global Change Centre of Excellence to help allocate resources and manage dependencies. Support high standards in development, testing, and delivery.
- Assist in managing and prioritizing product backlogs. Help drive sprint planning and keep projects on track.
- Track key performance indicators and report on progress. Help ensure quality and operational goals are met.
- Encourage new ideas and enhancements within the team. Participate in change management initiatives.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Confident presenter and collaborator.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with SEPA, Wires, Direct Debits, FX, clearings, ISO standards, or SWIFT.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience in Payments Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Reporting.
