Support the development and ongoing refinement of strategy for Kinexys. As an Engagement Manager/Consultant within Kinexys, you play an integral part of the team. You will lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, combining rigorous quantitative analysis (pricing, market sizing, adoption dynamics) with strong delivery leadership across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role spans commercial transformation and operating model work, market/regulatory readiness, and stakeholder-heavy programs in regulated and fast-evolving domains (including digital assets/fintech).
Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting workstreams from diagnostic through recommendation and implementation planning, including executive-level updates and governance.
- Drive GTM transformation and commercialization strategy, including operating model design, sales plays, and multi-market execution.
- Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behaviour.
- Perform market research to understand local needs and requirements for product improvements, and translate insights into actionable GTM recommendations.
- Conduct quantitative analysis to inform GTM strategy (e.g., sizing opportunities; assessing adoption and segment dynamics; viability assessment).
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services to tailor market-specific collateral, messaging, and client materials.
- Advise on standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure products meet risk and compliance expectations.
- Support development and ongoing refinement of business strategy, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate across product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver aligned outcomes and clear decision points.
- Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership and facilitate stakeholder working sessions/workshops.
- Maintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscape to ensure recommendations reflect current market realities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Consulting or strategy experience, with demonstrated project/workstream leadership.
- Outstanding PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to synthesise complex/ambiguous information into structured insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of risk management and controls, governance requirements, and regional/local nuances.
- Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to secure required approvals and operational readiness.
- Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative working style, while also being comfortable operating independently with minimal guidance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, modelling/analysis) and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
