This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Network Client Consulting (NCC) team and utilise your experience to help our clients better understand the operating environment!
As a Vice President within the NCC team, you will be providing direct support to internal and external clients of the Securities Services business mainly from Global Custody, but also Collateral Management and Prime Brokerage. Your main responsibilities will center on working closely with top clients to understand their strategies and develop a customized network management service. You will also be focused on helping clients better understand the operating environment and requirements of today's global marketplace.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver market expertise and information to external and internal Securities Services clients, providing proactive consultation and building out the client relationship, as necessary.
- Work within the broader Network Management team and with other stakeholders across Sales, Product, Client Service and Operations to obtain market information and identify impact of market and product changes to clients.
- Develop and deliver client training.
- Support Client Service & Sales teams with Network Management related questions and presentations in Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and due diligence visits.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in Financial Services / Securities Services industry.
- Excellent client service and/or relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and operate effectively in a global organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences.
- Strong problem solving and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region – 2 to 3 times in a year.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior knowledge of Global Custody and or Direct Custody.
- Collateral Management and / or Prime brokerage experience.
