As a VP Engineer in the Markets CRM Platform team, you will lead a global group of engineers to design and deliver advanced technology solutions. You will architect and support both front-end and back-end services, ensuring our platforms remain secure, scalable, and innovative. You will foster a collaborative culture, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems. Your leadership will empower the Markets business and support our commitment to technology-driven success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and support of front-end and back-end services for the Markets CRM platform
- Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain robust algorithms
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to drive continuous improvement
- Identify and address hidden problems and patterns in data and systems
- Drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
