Job Summary: As an IAM Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase in the Engineering Operations Team, you will own technology asset management and ensure software meets firmwide standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure software compliance with IAM and Privileged Access Management during onboarding
- Support regulatory inquiries by providing documentation and insights on IAM
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align IAM practices with control requirements
- Manage IAM operational risks and drive projects to closure
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in software engineering focused on IAM solutions
- Proficiency with RESTful API design and development
- Familiarity with ADFS and federation identity management (e.g., SAML)
- Strong understanding of RBAC best practices
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Problem-solving attitude and effective time management
- Excellent relationship-building skills, able to establish trust and credibility
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
