Join our dynamic team at JPMorganChase as the Vice President and Lead for Applied AI/ML. You will spearhead the development of AI solutions for the HR organisation including cutting-edge GenAI applications and more traditional machine learning HR use cases. As a Vice President in the Applied AI/ML team, you will tackle exciting business challenges for JPMorgan's Global HR organisation. You will lead a team dedicated to innovation, fostering a culture of accountability and growth within a global organization. Your role will involve strategic planning, collaboration with crossâfunctional teams, and handsâon technical development to drive impactful global business initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
- Serve as a local leader within our AI/ML team, driving innovation and fostering growth.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting an inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to set technical visions and execute strategic roadmaps.
- Manage AI/ML projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery.
- Design experiments, implement algorithms, and productionise scalable solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent fields.
- Proven track record of managing AI/ML teams and developing production solutions.

- Handsâon experience in coding and solution design from scratch.
- Familiarity with data science platforms such as SageMaker and DataBricks.
