As an Analyst within the EMEA Investor Access Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our corporate access products. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment of real‑time market pressures while remaining focused on client needs.
Job responsibilities:- Schedule 1:1 and small group meetings at conferences & forums
- Manage procedures for conference product
- Produce and regularly update Investor Access Presentation Materials
- Organize non‑deal roadshows
- Arrange investor trips in Europe, including booking meetings with corporates
- Assist in executing Investor access events
- You bring strong front office administrative experience and knowledge of the capital markets
- You bring Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word proficiency
- You demonstrate good judgment – decision‑making is your strong point
- You have strong interpersonal skills – you listen and communicate in a direct, succinct manner
- You are detail oriented and self‑motivated
- Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can engage and influence partners and stakeholders
