As an Analyst / Associate in the Global Private Credit Syndicate team, you will be at the center of executing and syndicating private credit transactions across infrastructure and structured solutions. You will manage investor relationships, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and operate independently in a dynamic, client‑facing setting. You will be empowered to take ownership, contribute to high‑quality execution, and grow within a supportive team.
Job responsibilities:- Run syndication processes for private credit transactions from launch through allocation and close.
- Coordinate across origination, trading, structuring, sales, banking, and client coverage teams as the day‑to‑day point person.
- Prepare and manage marketing materials, data rooms, investor outreach, and feedback tracking.
- Support trading and structuring teams during the diligence process.
- Interface directly with institutional investors, responding to diligence questions and managing ongoing communication.
- Support pricing, structuring, and risk distribution decisions in partnership with senior team members.
- Track market dynamics, investor appetite, and transaction outcomes to inform future execution.
- Manage multiple live transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and execution quality.
- Independently own and run syndication processes end‑to‑end with limited supervision, escalating key risks or decisions as needed.
- Experience in investment banking, capital markets, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of credit fundamentals and transaction mechanics.
- Ability to operate independently in complex, fast‑moving deal environments, exercising sound judgment around escalation.
- Excellent client‑facing and communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior internal and external counterparties.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize under tight timelines.
- Exposure to private credit, infrastructure financing, structured products, or loan syndication.
- Familiarity with investor marketing and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in a European language.
This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
