Your leadership will be key to delivering best-in-class service and supporting the firm’s strategic objectives.
Job responsibilities:
- Set the strategic vision for operational excellence in syndicated-loan closings in partnership with the Head of EMEA Structured Origination.
- Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, risk management, and control standards.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and control metrics for operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Ensure robust governance and control frameworks through regular reviews and audits.
- Assume accountability for delivering measurable business results, including financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional coordination of pre-closing requirements with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Represent the function in executive working groups focused on performance, efficiency, and innovation.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the team, empowering managers to achieve operational excellence.
