As a Design Program Manager within our organization, you will oversee and manage a project portfolio, including project intake, assessment, resourcing, execution, tracking, and team capacity. You will help define and operationalise our organisation’s Playbook and best practices for comprehensive experience oversight. You will develop and continuously improve design workflows and resource allocation frameworks. Partnering with Design Leaders, you will coordinate and prioritise initiatives, intake, backlog, and resource planning/allocation. You will ensure that programs, projects, and work streams are well-managed and align with broader strategic initiatives. By identifying and monitoring critical project stages, you will enable design to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple platforms. You will ensure interdependencies are understood and effectively planned for. Additionally, you will identify organizational needs and implement improvements for tools, documentation, asset management, and communications. Facilitating effective collaboration across multiple teams, you will ensure cohesive program development. You will establish and measure outcomes and team capacity utilisation, identify areas for improvement, and implement design process enhancements.
