The Customer Analytics and Oversight Team, as part of the Credit Risk Team, functions as a Second Line of Defense role, responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing risk reporting and performing analytics to assess the credit quality of a range of new consumer lending products.

As a Credit Risk Reporting - Analyst in the Credit Risk Reporting team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of portfolio reports, providing clear and detail-oriented presentations at monthly risk forums and to senior stakeholders. The role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills will be fully leveraged.

Job responsibilities:

  • Run monthly metrics and KRI reporting to track profile and performance on our retail credit portfolio.
  • Participate in preparing regular and time-sensitive ad-hoc deliverables, as required.
  • Collaborate with risk reporting, risk management, finance and technology teams across locations, as required.
  • Contribute to the analysis and preparation of reports detailing inherent risks in the ICB credit risk portfolio for both internal and external use.
  • Produce enhancements to underlying report production processes, where required.
  • Work with technology to ensure system enhancements are aligned with the needs of management reporting.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience as a data analyst.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree level education.
  • Proven ability and expertise with full suite of Microsoft packages, SQL / Python Programming.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within teams inclusively of others across a diverse level of seniority, based in different locations and functions.
  • Ability to work with large, complex data sets with a sense of direct ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
