As a Marketing Manager (Associate), you will support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across above-the-line, digital, and owned channels. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders (brand, product, sponsorships, compliance/controls) and external agencies to develop briefs, execute creative, and optimize performance. You will apply data-driven insights, strong project management, and attention to detail to deliver on-brand, compliant work that achieves customer and business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities- Support development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaign plans aligned to business objectives.
- Contribute to campaign strategy, agency briefs, creative development, and end-to-end execution.
- Partner with brand, product, sponsorship, and strategy teams to deliver short- and long-term goals.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with creative and media agency partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., brand, media, research, PR, creative) to deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; recommend optimizations based on results.
- Develop understanding of target audiences, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to improve campaigns.
- Support test-and-learn approaches using insights to identify trends and refine work.
- Ensure creative quality and consistency across channels, maintaining brand standards.
- Collaborate with Controls teams to ensure assets are compliant with relevant advertising regulations.
