As a Business Manager in the Technology organization, you will provide comprehensive financial and strategic support to a key pillar within our team. You will work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Strategy, and the Front Office, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial matters. Your role will empower you to drive process improvements, support workforce and location strategies, and contribute to the success of our business. You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values innovation, integrity, and continuous learning.

Job responsibilities
  • Partner with technology teams to drive financial transparency and accountability.
  • Lead monthly business review meetings on financial results, risks, issues, and demand management.
  • Track and report on project roll-off, reinvestment, unfunded demand, infrastructure costs, productivity, vendor costs, forecasting, and business allocations.
  • Support workforce and location strategies to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Technology Finance management to standardize financial reporting.
  • Work with Business and Technology teams to deliver on strategic roadmaps.
  • Communicate key Technology accomplishments, risks, and issues to senior leaders.
  • Document and explain financial risks, opportunities, allocations, and variances.
  • Provide inputs to global Business Controls Forums and Committees, highlighting risk and production stability.
  • Analyze capabilities and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Prioritize needs and investments based on insights, competitive positioning, and industry research.
