As a Vice President in Asset Management Data Transformation, you will lead high-priority data initiatives that support our business transformation agenda. You will work with data owners, product partners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive execution and remove blockers. You will combine hands‑on analysis with strong delivery discipline to ensure measurable outcomes. You will help us improve how we manage, use and govern data across the organization.
Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives from kickoff through implementation
- Drive execution against business priorities, milestones, and committed outcomes
- Analyze large datasets to identify data issues, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Translate findings into clear actions, decisions, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Partner with data owners, product, technology, and business teams to unblock delivery and accelerate progress
- Manage work planning, dependencies, and status reporting using agile delivery practices and tools
- Support rollout and adoption of updated data operating models, including enablement of key roles and processes
- Advance implementation of data quality practices, controls, and monitoring in priority domains
- Prepare crisp updates and materials for senior management and governance forums
- Identify delivery risks and issues early, and drive pragmatic mitigation plans
- Improve team delivery practices through retrospectives, standard ways of working, and reusable artifacts
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering data transformation or data change initiatives end to end
- Strong data analysis capability, including working with large datasets and synthesizing insights
- Proven stakeholder management skills across business and technology in a matrixed environment
- Strong project delivery discipline, including planning, tracking, and managing dependencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple workstreams
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and a practical approach to delivery
- Experience in Asset Management, Financial Services, or data-driven transformation environments
- Hands‑on experience with agile ways of working and common delivery tools (for example, Jira and Confluence)
