Marketing Solutions is a London-based Centre of Excellence team driving marketing activities across EMEA. The team comprises three integrated and specialist groups: Campaign Management, Investment Writing, and the Creative Studio. The successful candidate will help deliver a wide range of marketing campaigns supporting the firm's marketing strategy and distribution objectives.
The role involves working with Vice President Campaign Managers to deliver strategic, multi-channel campaigns that drive business impact. The Associate will also independently lead tactical initiatives that support career growth and personal development. The ideal candidate is creative, organised, analytical, team-oriented, and demonstrates strong stakeholder management and communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic marketing team and engage with multiple internal and external partners across various disciplines.
Job responsibilities
- Campaign planning & delivery: Support developing integrated campaigns that align with business objectives. From campaign strategy to agency briefs, creative development and execution, and ongoing measurement and optimisation of campaigns.
- Execute production of campaign assets: Work independently and with Vice President Campaign Managers to produce campaign assets, partnering with Investment Writing and the Creative Studio to convert marketing briefs into assets designed to achieve campaign goals.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad stakeholder network - including Specialist and Marketing teams across Europe, and teams across Investment, Technology, as well as external partners - to achieve business and campaign goals. Collaborate closely with other EMEA Centre of Excellence teams (Digital Strategy, Content Strategy, Brand, Business Intelligence, Compliance, Media) to ensure seamless delivery of Centre of Excellence services to all stakeholders.
- Project management: Strong project management and cross-functional coordination is essential for end-to-end campaign delivery, whether flagship, tactical, or BAU activity. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining administrative elements such as campaign plans, timelines, and records to support efficient reporting and execution.
- Campaign performance analysis: Analyse and report on campaign performance by partnering with Vice President Campaign Managers to create regular Campaign Impact Reports for the EMEA CMO and key stakeholders. Use data dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and insights, providing recommendations and ensuring OKRs are tracked and reported.
- Marketing compliance: Ensure all marketing and advertising assets meet regulatory, industry and firm standards by working closely with Marketing Compliance partners. Ensure campaign compliance records are maintained for auditing purposes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Marketing role experience managing a range of initiatives, including complex campaigns and BAU activities.
- Proven expertise in campaign management across above-the-line, digital, and traditional channels in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in B2B or regulated industries; investment markets or financial product marketing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading; fluency in English required.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Commitment to process and regulatory compliance, with a drive to improve efficiency.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management across diverse disciplines, regions, and seniority levels, including external partners.
- Skilled in using marketing data to identify trends and support a test-and-learn approach.
- High attention to detail, ensuring all assets are on-brand, compliant, and effective.
- Creative, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset, able to generate and adapt ideas to meet business and marketing goals.
- Degree (or equivalent): Ideally marketing or brand-related marketing degree.
- Fluency in European languages would be preferable to work with regional teams.
