The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.
The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 21st, 2025 and ending July 31st, 2025 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorgan Chase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage actual and potential litigation and enforcement matters, including internal reviews and investigations related to such matters.
- Advise on products and services, including contract negotiation and documentation.
- Advise on offering and marketing documents and new business initiatives.
- Manage dispute resolution.
- Interpret existing laws, rules, and regulations and advise on changes thereto.
- Advise on advocacy in connection with contemplated and proposed laws, rules, and regulations.
- Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors, the business, and functions.
- Legal selects, engages, and manages outside counsel for the Firm on all matters in which outside counsel is engaged.
What we look for:
- You will be licensed to practice law with experience from a law firm or an in-house legal team.
- You will be a self-starter who has the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks to meet goals, including managing challenging deadlines and working under pressure to deliver high quality results.
- You will have the ability to work independently, manage complex projects and multitask successfully in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
- We would be very keen to hear from you if you have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Financial services / Banking experience is preferable.
