J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions is seeking talented professionals to join its Corporate Actions team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to day-to-day operations and help shape the strategic direction of the business as we grow our share plan offering. The successful candidate will support all Corporate Actions (CA) activity, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and exceptional client service, while driving innovation and new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Execute day-to-day BAU (Business As Usual) Corporate Actions activity for share plans, ensuring processes are compliant and meet client expectations. Ensure all CA activity aligns with client asset statements and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Direction: Execute and support the strategic direction for Corporate Actions, collaborating with partners across the business, including Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Controls. Identify and deliver new revenue streams and business opportunities within the CA space. Ensure data sources and systems support efficient and accurate management of CA activity.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain and support governance on all BAU activity, ensuring compliance with regulations across the US and Rest of World (ROW). Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all processes and controls meet regulatory standards and client needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support business growth and operational excellence. Manage queries and issues, and act as a key point of contact for escalations and complex CA queries.
- Project Management: Deliver strategic projects to enhance CA processes, controls, and client experience. Identify initiatives for continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Corporate Actions within the share plans business.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to set and execute business direction.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for Corporate Actions across the US and ROW.
- Strong understanding of governance, controls, and risk management in financial services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
