As a Learning and Communications Associate within CIB Experience Design, you will support end-to-end learning delivery for the Experience Design community, helping ensure learning programs are relevant, well-executed, and adopted in day-to-day practice. You will partner with design practitioners and stakeholders to facilitate line-of-business (LOB) tailored learning, coordinate the learning community, and translate feedback into measurable improvements across learning programs and communications. We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, collaborative teammate who communicates with clarity, exercises strong judgment in ambiguity, and brings genuine interest in human-centered learning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end learning delivery across Experience Design, including planning, scheduling, materials readiness, and logistics.
  • Accelerate AI learning transformation by delivering role-based, use-case-driven learning that supports practical adoption in day-to-day design work.
  • Contribute to building engaging learning experiences and reusable assets, including templates, playbooks, and modular learning content.
  • Manage and enhance learning infrastructure, including intranet presence, repositories, and the LOB “front door” for learning programs and resources.
  • Support LOB Learning Working Group agendas by facilitating sessions with design practitioner representatives to surface, prioritize, and translate learning needs into actionable programs.
  • Develop and distribute learning communications that clearly articulate the learning plan, upcoming programs, and participation opportunities to LOB designers.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize participant feedback and learning data; maintain dashboards and trackers to report effectiveness and drive iteration.
  • Support early careers and emerging talent development by coordinating onboarding, foundational learning, and growth pathways aligned to design craft and tools.
  • Coordinate AI innovation and knowledge sharing by partnering with AI working groups to amplify best practices and emerging workflows.
  • Curate learning assets using tools such as Lucid, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
  • Demonstrate effective program coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams end-to-end.
  • Communicate with clarity and precision, with strong attention to detail and consistently high quality standards.
  • Bring experience supporting structured programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Translate complex concepts (including AI, tools, and design topics) into clear, engaging messaging for varied audiences.
  • Facilitate working groups, communities of practice, or cross-functional forums to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Operate with strong organization, initiative, and collaboration, and remain effective in ambiguity with a strong interest in human-centered learning.
