As part of the Global Technology Investment Governance (TIG) Team, you will play a crucial role in helping drive two strategic functions:
- Enterprise Technology (ET) Portfolio Governance (PG) Best Practices and Standards – optimizing PG practices, promoting consistency, and providing insight to GT senior leadership in collaboration with ET CFOs and PG leads.
- Quarterly Portfolio Review (QPR) – enabling the Global Technology Leadership Team (GTL) to assess the health and challenges of our Strategic Priorities (e.g., OC Strategic, GT Significant, CIO Portfolio Aligned).
Job Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with the ET Finance and Business Management (F&BM) and PG Leads to streamline Portfolio Governance practices, standards, and reporting across the ET groups.
- Partnering closely with GT Chief Operating Office (COO) Senior Leadership and GT PG Leads to set QPR agenda, generate reporting and document QPR discussion.
- Experience building scalable Portfolio Management and Governance frameworks and defining common best practices and standards to accelerate convergence across Lines of Business.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to drive decision‑making and ensure consistent execution.
- Self‑starter and proactive problem solver with a track record of independently identifying gaps, developing practical solutions, and driving them through to implementation.
- Strong program/project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize effectively, and deliver high‑quality outcomes under pressure.
- Strong ability to collate and synthesize complex programme information, distilling key insights and presenting clear, actionable findings tailored for senior management.
- Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Proficiency in reporting solutions, e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, SIGMA, Databricks Genie.
- Experience in strategic or transformational change, or product development.
