- Job responsibilities
- Significant contributions to designing and building scalable and performant front-end solutions written in Type Script using React
- Working across B2C and B2B features
- Advocate for and encourage high standards and best practices to maintain high code quality.
Providing constructive and insightful feedback to teammates, participating in a strong engineering culture.
- Writing testable code, built for scalability, reliability and resilience.
- Working as part of a cross-functional squad, taking ownership of issues and bringing together necessary stakeholders to drive decision making and action.
- An active participant in technical discussions, contributing with insightful and informed opinions to the decision making process.
- Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e. g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test strategy acceleration, incident/root-cause analysis support), while establishing consistent validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team.
- Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.
