Job Description

Join our team to drive premier service delivery and enhance client satisfaction in Investment Middle Office Services.

As an Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) Senior Associate in Investment Book of Record (IBOR) Client Operations Team you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely investment portfolio records to our clients. You will build strong relationships and drive service excellence in a dynamic environment. You will be also a key point of contact within the Global/Regional IBOR team, supporting client interactions and ensuring premier service delivery. You will lead client service reviews, manage daily operational activities, and drive initiatives to improve service levels and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a communication source for escalation of issues and service updates.
  • Lead client service reviews and meetings to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operational activities essential to client reporting (IBOR).
  • Drive initiatives to improve service levels and efficiency for J.P. Morgan and clients.
  • Maintain standard operating policies to meet corporate risk and control standards.
  • Participate in key projects to support the IMOS global strategy.
  • Build interactive relationships with global operations partners and other teams.
  • Achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy in a \'follow the sun\' model.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Work cross-functionally with technology, service, product, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Leadership experience in Investment Operations, including managing change.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and communication style.
  • Ability to lead teams across multiple locations.
  • Understanding of OTC instruments, Exchange Traded Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities, and Equity products.
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines with accountability.
  • Experience in Investment Operations (Trades, Cash, and Reconciliations).
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational and technical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize work.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in Reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
