Job Responsibilities:
- Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions
- Interact with senior team members and client management teams on a daily basis to execute transactions
- Work on detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses
- Partner with country and product teams
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and help develop innovative client solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Highly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and manage project independently
- Comfort in and commitment to teamwork environment
- High level of attention to detail and time management
- Excellent presentation skills; comfortable presenting to client senior management, investors and senior members of the firm
