Job Summary

As an IAM Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase in the Engineering Operations Team, you will own technology asset management and ensure software meets firmwide standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure software compliance with IAM and Privileged Access Management during onboarding
  • Support regulatory inquiries by providing documentation and insights on IAM
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align IAM practices with control requirements
  • Manage IAM operational risks and drive projects to closure

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in software engineering focused on IAM solutions
  • Proficiency with RESTful API design and development
  • Familiarity with ADFS and federation identity management (e.g., SAML)
  • Strong understanding of RBAC best practices
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Problem-solving attitude and effective time management
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, able to establish trust and credibility
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing ambiguity
