As a Product Director at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator program, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. Job Responsibilities :
- Drive design, delivery, launch and growth of a new business line in retail payments
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the firm
- Build, lead and develop a high performing team
- Oversee end to end business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to adhere to the firms risk appetite and conduct standards
- Manage financial performance and risk metrics
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the retail payments within Europe and globally
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
- Experience in standing up and launching new products or business lines, ideally within payments or financial services
- Good grasp of payments domain, including familiarity with key regulation and market dynamics in Europe
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong organisational and leadership skills
- Familiarity and ability to collaborate with diverse business functions including strategy, product & tech, finance, legal, risk & compliance, operations, and corporate functions
- Strong risk management acumen with a desire to solve hard problems
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
