Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Lead to oversee and lead our global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) program. This role involves working closely with senior managers and line of business leads to establish key metrics and measures, tracking them across various work streams within the program, and assisting work streams in addressing blockers to ensure progress towards established deliverables. This position offers significant global exposure to senior management within the firm and provides an excellent platform for the right candidate.
As the GT SRE Program Manager within our global Site Reliability Engineering team, you will oversee and lead our SRE program, working closely with senior managers and line of business leads to establish and track key metrics. You will assist work streams in addressing blockers to ensure progress towards deliverables, providing you with significant global exposure to senior management and an excellent platform for career growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and leadership for the firm\’s global Site Reliability Engineering program.
- Collaborate with senior managers and line of business leads to establish key metrics and measures.
- Track and report on metrics and measures across various work streams within the program.
- Assist work streams in addressing blockers and ensure they are progressing towards their established deliverables.
- Adapt and learn new concepts quickly to facilitate the goals of the firm\’s SRE function.
- Work with global teams to facilitate the goals of the firm\’s SRE function.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Demonstrable experience in running technical delivery programs.
- Demonstrable experience in managing KPIs and associated metrics.
- Demonstrable experience in working within software delivery and/or application production management projects.
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices, including SLOs and error budgets, observability, golden signals, automation and toil reduction, and resilient application practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt and learn new concepts quickly.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.

- Exposure to engineering practices is useful, though not required.
