You act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior management to align resources and address strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Implement new business strategies and strategic initiatives across departments and support groups
  • Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives related to fees, cost base, RWA, and capital utilization
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks, including legal, tax, regulatory, and capacity issues
  • Analyze financial performance and expenses, identifying and driving productivity initiatives
  • Partner with Operations and Technology to define future workflows and implement technology projects
  • Collaborate with external service and infrastructure providers to support business needs
  • Represent the business in internal and external working groups
  • Advise senior management and coordinate deployment of corporate resources
  • Prepare the business to meet evolving market requirements
  • Drive implementation of strategic and tactical objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Demonstrates significant experience influencing senior leaders and building trust
  • Acts as a counterweight to senior management, ensuring balanced decision-making
  • Understands regulatory environments and maintains compliance with policies
