Job Summary: As a Software Engineer in our client service, data, and BI team within Asset and Wealth Management, you will execute creative software solutions and contribute to a culture of innovation and inclusion. You will develop secure, high-quality code, collaborate with stakeholders, and help evolve the use of AI in software development and automation. Your role will involve solving complex problems, supporting team growth, and driving positive outcomes for our users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute creative software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
- Evolve and apply AI in software development and automation.
- Contribute to a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
- Deliver system design, application development, testing, and ensure operational stability.
- Demonstrate proficiency in backend and frontend development.
- Apply SQL expertise to support application needs.
- Show initiative in daily tasks and projects.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Professional experience in software development or related fields.

- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Understanding of observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana.
