As a Lead Infrastructure Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Payments Technology group, you will play a critical role in managing the Infra Estate across Mainframe, Distributed, and Cloud environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish priorities, manage IT infrastructure resources and budgets, and monitor and report on infrastructure spend.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to identify and develop broadly applicable projects and programs.
- Partner with Central Program and Execution teams to track the progress of infrastructure projects and firmwide programs.
- Support periodic IT infrastructure planning by capturing, pricing, and scheduling new investments, capacity growth, tech refreshes, data center exits, and application retirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to execute thorough financial analysis and work with high-performing teams in complex program execution.
- Meticulous attention to detail in budgetary planning and execution, with the ability to identify discrepancies and communicate them promptly to stakeholders.
- Ability to organize data into accessible reports, perform various types of analysis using key metrics, and communicate status to relevant stakeholders for each project.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of budget-related tasks and providing real-time updates to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with various levels of management, including executive and senior management, with strong influencing, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and building effective partnerships with key business stakeholders and development teams.

- FinOps Practitioner certification.
