Morgan is seeking talented candidates for the Chief Analytics Office (CAO) of the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB). The CIB CAO is responsible for accelerating the Analytics agenda globally across Markets Trading, Sales & Research, Payments, Securities Services, and Global Banking—driving the integration of advanced analytics and AI into business strategies to deliver measurable commercial impact.
The responsibilities of the Chief Analytics Office include advancing both traditional AI/ML and generative AI capabilities, identifying high-impact AI use cases, setting the GenAI strategy around LLMs and Agentic AI, scaling AI solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation and an AI-first mindset.
As GenAI Enablement Lead, you will develop AI strategy focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs). You will contribute to CIB’s AI/ML initiatives, drive GenAI adoption, and advise clients on GenAI topics. This role offers the chance to influence GenAI strategy and deploy JPM's GenAI products within CIB. You will gain expertise in Data, AI, and Machine Learning, and stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in GenAI, becoming an SME on LLMs and Agents
- Assess GenAI products and influence product development
- Define and analyze complex problems solvable by GenAI and identify key use cases
- Provide thought leadership on GenAI & LLMs to clients
- Summarize information for senior management
