As part of our FX Services Franchise, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing innovative client services that drive business success and regulatory excellence. As an FX Services Client Service Associate in the Currency Overlay team, you will manage client relationships and oversee the daily operations of our hedging services for EMEA, NA, and APAC clients. You’ll execute client queries, analyze portfolios, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Your work will be essential in maintaining high standards, supporting new client onboarding, and driving strategic solutions for ongoing and future business needs.
Job responsibilities
- Execute excellent Client service and relationship management including the resolution of Client queries and requests on a daily and ad-hoc basis.
- Oversee Client portfolios including pre-trade and post-trade analysis and trade capture.
- Interact with Fund Accountants, Transfer Agencies, Custodians and/or Prime Brokers on a daily and ad-hoc basis.
- Resolve any issues identified and implement key controls where required.
- Ensure Client Static data is accurate and maintained in coordination and partnership with Client Onboarding.
- Understand multiple bespoke Client programs to support the business and team members when required.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A solid level of derivatives product knowledge and an understanding of CIB Risk and/or Middle Office systems.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate bespoke Client models, operational processes and potential model re-engineering.
- Strong MS Office skills (predominately Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and ability to use web-based technology effectively.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with senior business stakeholders and Clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and accept new assignments while maintaining high standards.
- Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise workloads.
- Act independently and autonomously in facing off to the various stakeholder groups outlined above in order to drive the internal decision making process.
- Excellent and efficient time management skills to be able to prioritise and manage workloads alongside delivering wider business initiatives.

- CIB Markets Business Middle Office, Technology or Risk Management experience.
- Client facing experience demonstrating the ability to exhibit confidence and professionalism in dealing with Clients.
