We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events co-ordinator to join our Europe Asset Management Events Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with relevant events experience to play a key role in the planning, support and delivery of client events - both in-person and virtual - across EMEA.
The role sits within a team of event professionals and requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
As an Events Co-ordinator in our Europe Asset Management Events Team, you will help plan, support, and deliver high-quality client events across EMEA - both in person and virtually.
You will work closely with a collaborative team of event professionals, managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
You will have the opportunity to build strong event operations skills while helping create engaging experiences for our clients.
- Job Responsibilities
- Manage and assist event logistics and production planning for in person events such as roadshows, conferences, roundtables and internal programmes.
Responsibilities include event plans, delegate management, attendee communications and on-site support.
- Execute virtual events using PGI platform
- Build and manage event set-up, registration, invitations, delegate communications and reporting using the events platform (Stova).
- Coordinate suppliers and venues (sourcing, proposals, contracting support, AV/catering/event production coordination), ensuring service quality and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Prepare event materials and presentations; provide project support to the Head of the Events Team.
- Manage event budgets: track spend, reconcile costs, support purchase order/invoice processing, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain the events calendar.
- Source and organise event supplies/materials and maintain inventory where applicable.

- Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Degree educated (or equivalent practical experience).
- Expereince in event management, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach; able to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience using event management platforms.
- Experience delivering virtual events and using event technology platforms (PGi).
- Experience working with complex registration data and database-style workflows (data accuracy, imports/exports, reporting).
