EMEA Employment Tax Advisor within the Corporate Tax team, working closely with EMEA Tax Advisory colleagues and the broader Global Corporate Tax and Employment Tax team. The team collaborates with the HR EMEA Employment Tax Operations team to provide advice to HR: Compensation, Benefits, Pensions, Payroll, and Global Mobility teams across EMEA regarding Employment Tax matters. As an Employment Tax Advisor - Vice President in the Corporate Tax department, you will advise Lines of Business, Expenses, and Contingent Worker teams on Employment Tax issues. You will work closely with HMRC and other Tax Authorities in the region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify Employment Tax risks and provide advice across the EMEA region.
  • Attend meetings with SMEs across the region to identify new Employment Tax matters and provide guidance.
  • Collaborate with Payroll teams to review wage codes before implementation.
  • Escalate and communicate new Employment Tax risks and matters to the EMEA Employment Tax lead and stakeholders.
  • Assist with filing UK PAYE Settlement Agreement and other Employment Tax returns regionally.
  • Support Tax Authority audits and inquiries as needed.
  • Monitor and advise on Employment Tax changes.

Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • UK Employment Tax specialist, CTA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience with Employment Tax, including Global Mobility, Benefits, Expenses, Compensation, and Share Plans.
  • Willingness to learn, proactive, and collaborative in team environments.
  • Strong record-keeping and risk management skills.
